Located just past the town square in Moulton, AL, Community Baptist Church has been serving the Lawrence County area for decades.
We are a community of believers dedicated to following Christ's teachings and spreading His love to those around us. Meet Our Leaders
Pastor
Johnathan Cole
Pastor Johnathan has served at CBC for almost six years. First, as the Associate Pastor / Youth Pastor begininng in 2019, and later as the Senior Pastor since 2022.
"Our church has a heart for helping those in need in and around our community and showing children in our community the love of Jesus. It is my desire to see people come to know Christ and develop a deeper love and understanding of God and His Word. I strive to teach and preach Biblical truth to all those that come into our church. I am thankful that God has placed me in this position, and I am grateful to our church for all the support and love they show to me and to our community. I invite all those who are looking for a church home that fosters biblical wisdom, growing in faith and a loving family environment to visit with us."

Joseph & Haley are a dedicated couple who lead our CBC Kids youth program with passion and care. With their genuine warm, approachable nature, they inspire young minds to grow in faith, guiding them through life’s challenges with compassion and wisdom. Their commitment to the spiritual and personal growth of all children who attend or visit CBC creates a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone.

Media Director
CBC is seeking a knowledgeable Media Director to help us record and stream our services on social media. This role requires someone with experience in video recording, live streaming, and audio-visual equipment. If you have a passion for sharing messages online and the technical skills to make it happen, we’d love to have you contribute to our ministry.
